Specialized Yoga Therapy Groups
3 Month Module | $375
Yoga Therapy Groups | A specialized yoga therapy group is formed based upon a specific request by a clinic, rehabilitation center, integrative health center, or group with a specific therapeutic need in the Bloomington area. Modules include an extensive, in-home intake session with each participant and weekly (12) group sessions. Please note that these are not publicly offered therapy groups.
Lifestyle choices, self-care, as well as physical and mental wellbeing are part of overall health and the healing process. Sessions are provided in-home in Bloomington and the Indianapolis area. Supportive therapies are long-term, flexible options for ongoing therapeutic care, recovery, and support.

Mentoring & Lifestyle Therapy for Women
Lifestyle Therapy and Yoga Therapy for Women | Supporting women in life and living through the practices (non-physical and physical) of yoga therapy and lifestyle therapy—emphasizing stability, self-reliance, and resilience during life-changes, health challenges, and through the various roles a woman may take up during the course of a lifetime. For women, yoga can be particularly beneficial if the focus is on grounding, self-care and inward balance, rather than the modern-day focus on hyper flexibility and over-extending oneself.

Comprehensive Therapy
Comprehensive Therapy Programs | Integrative programs incorporate Yoga Therapy, specialized bodywork, and long-term support for neurosupportive and neuropalliative therapy, cancer recovery, therapeutic rehabilitation, disability. Comprehensive, personalized therapy provides extended therapy and support through one practitioner rather than many, and may be particularly beneficial for those with lifetime conditions or requiring a long-term recovery period.

Whole Person Nutrition
Holistic Nutrition | Whole-person nutrition ranging from learning the basics of wholesome, healthful eating, to recognizing, understanding, and managing emotional eating and disordered eating. Nutritional guidance is offered as part of our supportive therapy programs—Mentoring for Women, Food for Thought Yoga Therapy™, The Nature of Yoga Therapy™ and Comprehensive Therapy Programs—recognizing the relationship between our mental and physical health, the environment, and the food we take in. Individual, in-home consultations; cooking for family health; learning about organic vs. non-organic, whole foods vs. processed; understanding simple yet important principles of nutrition, lifestyle habits, and general health. Therapeutic Thai Bodywork addresses the body as a whole rather than targeting only specific, isolated issues. Sessions may include passive range of motion, joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, visceral manipulation and lymphatic drainage. Our Thai bodywork is based in the Thai medicine tradition and is focused on treatment and healing— not popularized, acrobatic techniques. We specialize in therapy for neurological conditions, pain management, paralysis, and injury recovery. Caregiving & Companion Care
Person-centered, common sense, in-home caregiving and companion care for women of all ages with health challenges.

Appointments are offered at the client's location (residence, clinic) in a broad service area including Bloomington and Indianapolis. It is hoped that providing individualized therapy sessions and therapeutic programs at your location will bring some ease and convenience for those who find movement challenging, are easily tired due to illness, or require in-home therapy due to injury, disability, or other circumstances.
For those who are immunosuppressed due to DMTs, autoimmune conditions, or cancer treatment, as well as those who are vulnerable to infection or complications, please ask us about precautions prior to arriving.

Due to the nature of healing, supportive care and sustainable self-care, all therapies are provided for a minimum of three months. Clients may then choose ongoing therapy on a modified schedule.

We serve non-smoking locations. There is no travel fee within Bloomington (east of I-69). ​

Repeated cancellations and abuse of policies affect client scheduling and opportunities for others to receive care. Please consider others when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations and rescheduling will result in termination of service.

Payment is expected at time of appointment. We accept cash, or pay securely online by credit card. Online payments incur a nominal processing fee.
We are sensitive to client privacy. The following is a summary of what type of information we collect, how, and why. We collect personal information via intake forms which may be emailed to you as a first-time client, or presented to you at the time of your first appointment. In addition, basic, personally identifiable information is automatically collected during processing of online payments. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform which is GDPR compliant. We collect non-personal and personal information for the following purposes: To provide client services in a safe, informed manner; To provide our clients with updates and notifications which are relevant to them; To be able to contact our clients and site visitors with service-related messages; To comply with any applicable laws and regulations. How we communicate with you: We will communicate with you via the (required) email address you provide either through the online contact form or on your client intake form. Please note that information in your intake form and information collected during any online payment processing are required if you are our client.
